Payments FAQ — How to Cash Out from 010PH
Every limit, fee and timing on this page is a real published figure — ours, GCash's, or InstaPay's. Nothing here is rounded up to sound better.
How to Cash Out from 010PH
- Finish your one-time KYC before you request anything. It's reviewed in 24–48 hours, and no withdrawal moves until it clears — this is the single biggest cause of a 'slow' payout.
- Open the cashier and choose your withdrawal method — GCash, Maya, GoTyme or bank transfer via InstaPay.
- Check the receiving account is in your own name. Third-party accounts are rejected under PAGCOR rules, with no exceptions and no appeal.
- Enter your amount, keeping InstaPay's caps in mind: ₱50,000 per transaction and ₱500,000 per day. Larger sums go by PesoNet, which settles in batches on the same or next banking day.
- Avoid GCash's maintenance window, 12:00–03:00 PHT, when transfers can queue rather than settle.
- Submit and watch the wallet, not the clock. A verified GCash cashout typically lands in minutes to an hour — up to about three at peak or on your first payout.
That's the whole process. 010PH charges no withdrawal fee at any step; if money is deducted, it came from your wallet or bank, not from us.
The Numbers, Without the Rounding
| Method | Limits | Fee | Speed |
|---|---|---|---|
| GCash | ₱50 minimum deposit; ₱100,000/day once verified | Cash-in free to ₱8,000/month, then about 2% | Instant in; minutes to 1 hour out |
| InstaPay | ₱50,000 per transaction; ₱500,000 per day | No 010PH fee | Minutes to a few hours, 24/7 |
| PesoNet | For amounts above the InstaPay cap | No 010PH fee | Same or next banking day, batched |
| Maya | Runs on InstaPay rails | Wallet charges roughly ₱15 to send out | Minutes to a few hours |
| GoTyme | Runs on InstaPay rails | InstaPay out is free | Minutes to a few hours |
One thing worth knowing: GCash rides the InstaPay rail. So InstaPay's ₱50,000-per-transaction ceiling applies to a GCash cashout too, even though the GCash daily limit is ₱100,000. A ₱60,000 payout isn't blocked — it's simply two transactions.
Why a Cashout Stalls
When a withdrawal doesn't move, the cause is almost never mysterious. In practice it's one of five things, and four of them are fixable in minutes.
- KYC hasn't cleared. It's a one-time review taking 24–48 hours, and nothing pays out before it finishes.
- The receiving account isn't in your name. Rejected under PAGCOR rules — no workaround exists, so don't ask support for one.
- You're inside GCash's 12:00–03:00 PHT maintenance window and the transfer is queued behind it.
- You've hit InstaPay's ₱50,000 per-transaction cap and need to split the request, or the ₱500,000 daily cap and need to wait for the day to roll.
- It's your first payout, or a peak period — allow up to about three hours before treating it as a problem.
If none of those apply and you're past the windows above, that's the moment to message live chat. Bring your registered mobile number and the exact timestamp.
Instant CASHOUT, Stated Honestly
Our tagline is Instant CASHOUT, and we'd rather define it ourselves than let you assume. It means we don't sit on verified withdrawals — no manufactured 'review periods', no pending status designed to tempt you into gambling the balance back. Once KYC is done, your money is queued to the rails immediately.
It does not mean instant in the literal sense. InstaPay takes minutes to a few hours. PesoNet settles the same or next banking day. GCash goes down for maintenance nightly. None of that is under our control, and pretending otherwise would make the tagline a lie. It's a promise about how fast we move your money — never about how often you'll have money to move.
Frequently Asked Questions
What's the minimum deposit at 010PH?
₱50 via GCash. Once your GCash account is verified you can move up to ₱100,000 a day, and GCash cash-in is free up to ₱8,000 a month before roughly 2% applies.
How long does an 010PH withdrawal take?
With KYC verified, a GCash cashout typically lands in minutes to an hour — up to about three at peak times or on your first payout. InstaPay transfers settle in minutes to a few hours, 24/7. PesoNet, used for larger amounts, settles same or next banking day.
Can I withdraw more than ₱50,000 at once?
Not in a single InstaPay transaction — the rail caps at ₱50,000 per transaction and ₱500,000 per day. Split the request into multiple transactions, or use PesoNet for larger sums, which settles in batches on the same or next banking day.
Does 010PH charge a withdrawal fee?
No. 010PH takes nothing from a withdrawal. Your wallet might: Maya charges roughly ₱15 to send out over InstaPay, GoTyme's InstaPay out is free, and GCash cash-in is free to ₱8,000 monthly then about 2%.
Why was my withdrawal to someone else's GCash rejected?
Because PAGCOR requires the payout account to be in the player's own name. Third-party accounts are rejected without exception, and no support agent can override it. Withdraw to an account matching your verified ID.
Why is my GCash transfer stuck at 1am?
You're likely inside GCash's maintenance window, 12:00–03:00 PHT, when transfers queue rather than settle. It clears on its own once the window closes — nothing on the 010PH side is holding it.
