How We Review: The Criteria, Written Down

This page exists so you can argue with our method instead of guessing at it. 010PH is an independent guide — not a casino, no deposits taken, no balances held, no games run — and everything below describes looking at operators from the outside, which is the only position we are in. There are no scores on this site and no league table, because a number is the easiest thing to sell and the hardest thing to justify.

The criteria

Seven checks, applied the same way every time, each one answerable by reading what an operator publishes rather than by taking anyone's word for it.

  1. Licence disclosure — is the operating company and its licence stated plainly, and does the name appear in the regulator's own published records?
  2. Payment rails — which methods exist, and does the site distinguish rail speed from its own approval queue instead of blurring the two?
  3. Terms clarity — can a first-time reader find withdrawal conditions, bonus wagering rules and dormancy terms without a search box?
  4. KYC rules — is verification explained before deposit, with the documents named and the timing stated?
  5. Complaint route — is there an escalation path past live chat, and does the operator acknowledge the regulator's channel?
  6. Responsible-gaming tools — are deposit limits, cooling-off and self-exclusion genuinely in the account area rather than described in a footer?
  7. Support and app distribution — how many written channels exist, and does the site tell the truth about store availability instead of pushing an installer?

Verifiable, unverifiable

We can checkWe cannot check
Whether a company name and licence reference are published, and whether they match the regulator's listWhether that company will pay you this week
That terms, privacy, complaints and responsible-gaming pages exist and what they sayWhether a support agent is competent on the day you write
Whether a stated RTP matches the studio's published figureWhich configuration a lobby actually runs, since operators may select lower settings
Which payment brands appear, and how those rails behave in generalPayout times, fees and minimums — set by the operator, so check its cashier page
Whether the site contradicts itself between pagesAnything inside an account, because we hold none

When a number is unverified we leave it out. An empty space is honest; a plausible invention is not, and the industry is full of plausible inventions.

Things we will not write

  • "We tested a withdrawal." We hold no accounts, so we have not.
  • A payout time, fee or minimum attributed to an operator we cannot query.
  • A licence number we have not seen in the regulator's own records.
  • A score, a star rating or a ranking position.
  • A human author's name, biography or photograph that does not exist.
  • Any max-win, bonus amount or player count we cannot source.

How the site earns money

Some outbound links may be partner links that pay a commission when clicked. The arrangement is fixed and it does not vary with what a page says. No company previews a draft, no sentence is softened on request and no page is removed because somebody asked. If a commercial relationship ever demanded that, the page would stay and the relationship would end.

The absence of a scoring system is part of this. There is no position to buy because there is no table to buy a position in.

Dates, bylines and corrections

Pages carry a published and a modified date and are credited to the site, not to an invented reviewer. A fabricated expert with a stock photograph would be the least trustworthy element on an otherwise careful page, so we do without one.

Corrections are made in the page itself. If you can show something here is wrong, the page changes and the modified date changes with it.

Who it is for

Adults aged 21 and over who want to understand the rails, the terms and the game maths before risking money. If gambling has stopped being a choice, the responsible-gaming page is the one worth opening instead.

Frequently Asked Questions

Why no ratings out of ten?

Because a score looks objective while hiding every judgement that produced it, and ranking slots are the single most saleable product a site like this could offer. We would rather publish the checks and let you weigh them.

Are your links paid?

Some may be partner links that earn a commission on a click. That does not change a word of the text, and nobody outside the site sees a page before it is published.

Can you tell me how fast an operator pays?

No, and we will not pretend. Approval times, fees and minimums are set by the operator — check its cashier page and ask support in writing. What is independently true is that InstaPay moves in real time within a per-transaction cap, while PESONet settles in batches on banking days.

Do you verify licences yourself?

We check the company name published on a site against the regulator's own published records, and we tell you how to repeat the check. We cannot audit a regulator's files or confirm a licence's current standing beyond what is published.

Who is the author?

The site. We do not create reviewer personas, credentials or photographs, because inventing a person to vouch for the content would undermine the content.

Before You Choose an Operator

Compare PAGCOR-licensed operators, read the bonus terms and set a budget before you deposit.
